§ Mr. NeedhamI am not aware of any instances of raw sewage being discharged at Doctor's bay, Kircubbin. The most recent analysis of treated sewage at Kircubbin sewage treatment works satisfied the standard for discharge. There are no proposals to erect a health warning sign or to discontinue the discharge of treated sewage.
