To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will obtain for his departmental library a copy of the report, "The Control of the Middle East Arms Race", by Geoffrey Kemp and Shelley A. Stahl, published by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
