§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonBlock allocations in respect of housing capital expenditure were introduced in 1978–79. Gross HRA allocations issued to Renfrew district council, incorporating the estimate of capital receipts made at the start of each year and any supplementary allocations made during the year, are set out in the table, expressed in 1978–79 prices.
