§ Mr. BaldryFor the purpose of part I of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution continually reviews techniques that contribute to BATNEEC—best available techniques not entailing excessive costs. The technology for the control of emissions of nitrogen oxides from large combustion plant is included in such a review. The report to which the hon. Member refers is being taken into account in the review. My right hon. Friend has no plans at present to publish the report.
