§ Mr. GummerThe way in which the supply estimates and, consequently, the appropriation accounts were set out in 1980–81 differ so significantly from that used in 1990–91 that it is generally not possible to provide figures on a comparable basis. A full set of outturn figures for 1980–81 and for 1990–91 is set out in the respective appropriation accounts for those years, which are in the Library of the House.
