§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyDecisions about the amount to be transferred from the social security system to local authorities for community care funding will be taken as part of the 1992 public expenditure survey. Individual local authorities will be informed next autumn of their proposed standard spending assessment for personal social services for 1993–94.
