§ The Minister of State, Department of Transport (Lord Brabazon of Tara)British Rail has today announced that, following competitive tendering, Mersey Docks and Harbour Company will provide port facilities in the UK for their container services to and from Ireland. I have arranged for a copy of BR's announcement to be placed in the Library of the House.
