What plans they have in relation to the Law Commission's joint report on the Law of Domicile (Cm. 200).

Following publication of the Law Commission's joint report in September 1987, the Government have consulted a broad range of interested groups. In the light of the comments received the Government have accerted the recommendations in the report and will introduce legislation when a suitable opportunity arises.
