§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryIt is the Government's policy to assist Parliament by being as open as practicable about details of such goods licensable for export from the United Kingdom, subject to the constraints of national security and commercial confidentiality.
It has been the practice of successive Governments not to reveal details of individual applications.
