§ Mr. DorrellWe have not held any such discussions with the Data Protection Registrar. The Department is 137W working on guidance on the confidentiality of personal health information in the NHS. This will shortly be issued in draft form for consultation, and the Data Protection Registrar will be one of many whose comments will be sought.
