§ Mrs. ChalkerThe poorest, most heavily indebted countries which are following IMF-sponsored programmes of economic reform and which have chronic balance of payment difficulties insoluble through normal rescheduling arrangements will benefit from Trinidad terms. Eligibility will be decided on a case-by-case basis, and exact criteria are still being refined.
