§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 25 November 1991]: Lord Kimball has served notices of intent under section 28 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to undertake agricultural, forestry and other operations. These proposals are being assessed by the Nature Conservancy Council for Scotland which will decide whether management agreements should be offered under section 15 of the Countryside Act 1968.
