§ Mr. ChopeThe proposed A249 Iwade-Queenborough scheme will include a second crossing of the Swale. Investigation of options is in hand and the next step will be public consultation early in 1993. Thereafter, the programme will depend on public reaction and the time needed to complete the detailed design and statutory procedures.
