§ Mr. Key[holding answer 21 November 1991]: Crawley borough council has made representations in response to notices served on it under section 13 of the Local Government Act 1988, in relation to its direct service organisation's failure to meet the specified financial objective in carrying out other catering work in 1989–90, and vehicle maintenance work and refuse collection in 1990–91. My right hon. Friend is considering these responses.
