§ The Attorney-GeneralI announced on 6 November increased funding of £1.07 million for the SFO in the current financial year in view of the additional demands placed upon it by the BCCI case. Subject to parliamentary approval, expenditure provision of an additional £5.4 million has also been agreed for the SFO for 1992–93.
