§ Ms. RuddockTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he received a copy of a faxed letter from the European Commission to Mr. Peter Kunzlik of Hammond Suddards relating to the issuing by the Commission of an article 169 letter in respect of the M3 Bar End-Compton.
§ Mr. Chope[holding answer 14 November 1991]: A copy of this letter was sent to officials on 29 August 1991 by a private individual.
