To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what is the total estimated cost of the five countries meeting on 3 to 8 November being hosted by his Department; who are the delegates and how they were appointed; and if he will publish the minutes of the meetings.

[holding answer 5 November 1991]: The total estimated cost is somewhat less than £40,000. Delegates are chosen by their own countries and a full list is as follows. As discussions are informal no proceedings will be published.
