To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will obtain for his departmental library a copy of the documents released to the Congress of People's Deputies by the Russian Justice Minister concerning funding of theMorning Star and Pergamon Press by the Soviet Communist party.

We are aware of the documents in question. We have asked our embassy in Moscow to obtain the excerpts relating to the reported funding of theMorning Star and Pergamon Press by the Soviet Communist party.
