§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe shall continue actively to support the work of the UN Special Commission and the International Atomic Energy Agency in dismantling Iraq's weapons of mass destruction capability under the terms of UN Security Council resolutions 687 and 707, and in carrying out their plans to monitor and verify Iraq's long-term compliance with those resolutions, under the authority of Security Council resolution 715.
