To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many persons have been killed in road accidents in Northern Ireland in each of the past five years; how many road accident deaths in Northern Ireland have been associated with excess alcohol consumption; how many due solely to exceeding the speed limit; and if he will make a statement.
