§ Mr. DarlingTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the amount paid from public funds to individuals of groups who have prepared or are in the course of preparation of proposals to set up national health trusts in Scotland.
§ Mr. Michael Forsyth[holding answer 5 November 1991]: Resources have been made available to all health boards to implement NHS reforms. These moneys are additional to the allocations which are provided to health boards for patient care which, over the past 12 years, have increased by approximately 40 per cent. in real terms.
