Mr. Gareth WardellTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment which was the English beach in the summer of 1991, designated as a bathing beach under the terms of the 1976 European Commission's bathing waters directive which had the sample containing(a) the highest number of E. Coli per 100 ml of water and (b) the highest number of total Coliforms per 100 ml of water.
