§ Mr. ChopeThe Government have tabled an amendment to the Road Traffic Bill to enable the Secretary of State to make regulations about speed limiter installation. The Department is considering with vehicle operators' associations and speed limiter manufacturers what, if any, regulations might be needed if this provision is enacted.
