To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will list for each employment-related agency(a) those that have published their business plans for 1991–92 and (b) those that have not yet published them.

The only executive agency within my Department is the Employment Service; its operational plan for 1991–92 was placed in the Library of the House on 9 May.
