§ Mr. EggarThe Audit Commission has produced reports exploring efficiency and effectiveness in various aspects of the education service, including the provision of primary and secondary schools, further education, and inspectorate and advisory services. The Department will continue to hold discussions as and when appropriate with the commission about its work in relation to the education service.
