§ Mr. Alan HowarthThe Polytechnics and Colleges Funding Council has advised my right hon. and learned Friend that the South West London College Higher182W Education Corporation should be dissolved and that, following consultations with the students, the college's provision should be transferred to other institutions. We are consulting the college and other institutions on this advice. The final decision will take account of all the responses received.
