§ Baroness TrumpingtonTotal expenditure under the guidance section of the EAGGF in 1991 is expected to be 1,913 mecu (about £1,333 million). Discontinuation of the various grant schemes would not save all this money in the first few years because of commitments to pay grant in future years.
