§ Mr. NeedhamIn 1990, the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland received applications for new vehicle registration documents for 16,675 previously registered vehicles permanently imported to Northern Ireland from Great Britain. The average time between receipt of a valid application and issue of the new registration document is 10 working days.
