§ Mr. KeyBy 31 March 1991 Doncaster metropolitan borough council had collected £36.6 million in non-domestic rates, equivalent to 92 per cent. of its provisional contribution to the non-domestic rates pool. My Department does not yet have information about the amount of non-domestic rates collectable by the authority and therefore about the amount of rates outstanding.
