HC Deb 08 May 1991 vol 190 c520W
20. Mr. Colvin

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received on water quality of the River Test.

Mr. Trippier

None. The condition of the River Test is a matter for which the National Rivers Authority is primarily responsible. The Wallop brook, a tributary of the Test, is among a number of rivers for which the NRA has today announced proposals for tackling the problem of low flows.
