§ Mr. YeoInformation is available only from 1987–88 for opencast coal cases. Since then a total of 25 opencast520W coal appeals have been dismissed and 30 allowed. The equivalent figures for other minerals are 108 appeals dismissed and 66 allowed; and for non-minerals cases, 58,140 dismissed and 31,464 allowed.
