§ Mr. ChopeThe work currently under way on the A40 Western avenue in the London borough of Ealing entails the repair and replacement of central reserve safety fencing and to bring it up to the latest departmental standards. At the same time, existing emergency crossover points are being closed permanently on road safety grounds and the street lighting is being improved.
Work is scheduled for completion by the middle of May at an estimated cost of £377,000.
