To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what is his most recent information for the total number of local authority dwellings which are vacant in Wales; if he will list these for the period of(a) under three weeks, (b) four to six weeks, (c) seven weeks to six months, (d) seven months to one year and (e) over one year; and if he will make a statement.
