The United Kingdom's policy is to maintain negotiations on this subject in the Conference on Disarmament. In our view operative paragraphs 1 and 4 of L38 are inconsistent with that approach".(Resolution L38 was entitled "Prohibition of Attacks on Nuclear Facilities".)
