§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe Foreign Compensation Commission, which has been assisted in the performance of administrative tasks by the accountants, Ernst and Young, will on 2 April 1991 begin making payments from the China fund amounting to approximately £25 million, representing 62.25 per cent. of the value assigned to claims, to successful claimants against the fund. These disbursements will exhaust the balance in the fund.
