(2) what performance indicators he intends to use to ensure that the £3.7 million allocated to the Welsh Registry, university of Wales, for the year 1991–92, will provide value for money.
§ Mr. Alan HowarthThe distribution of funds to individual institutions and the monitoring of related performance are, under the Education Reform Act 1988, matters for the Universities Funding Council.
