§ Mr. BaldryThe present statutory controls on waste disposal, contained in part I of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 and the regulations made under that Act, will continue in force until repealed and replaced by part II of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. I hope to announce a timetable for the implementation of part II of the 1990 Act shortly.
