§ Mr. NeedhamThe establishment of an independent environmental protection agency was one of the recommendations in the recent report by the Environment Committee of this House in relation to environmental issues in Northern Ireland. The report is currently being studied. A command paper giving the Government's response to the Committee will be presented to the House. I would not wish to anticipate that response.
