To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what proposals his Department has to make available to An Comunn Gaidhealach additional funding for the pursuit of its objectives in 1991; and if he will make a statement.

§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton
The Scottish Office Education Department's grant to An Comunn Gaidhealach for the financial year 1991–92 will amount to £37,000, an increase of £2,000 over the currently financial year.
