§ Mr. Nicholas BennettNumbers of dentists withdrawing from family health service authority lists are collected centrally only on an annual basis. A survey conducted in January and February of this year collected information on the provision of dental care. Out of 562 dentists contacted, which represents 62 per cent. of those on family health service authority lists at the time, three had ceased to provide NHS services since 1 October 1990.
