§ Mr. Kenneth BakerRacially motivated attacks are wholly unacceptable in a civilised society. The Government are urging the police and other agencies to tackle such attacks vigorously and has issued detailed guidance to those involved. Ethnic minority communities can have full confidence in the police's determination to prosecute the perpetrators of racial attacks.
