§ Mr. Douglas HoggMy right hon. Friend had a bilateral meeting with Mr. Bessmertnykh, the Soviet Foreign Minister, at the Council of CSCE Foreign Ministers in Berlin on 20 June. He has no plans for a further meeting, although Mr. Bessmertnykh has been invited to visit the United Kingdom later this year.
