§ Mrs. ChalkerThe Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front took over Addis Ababa on 28 May and formed an interim administration. As agreed at the London talks chaired by the United States, a conference is due to be held by 1 July to establish a broadly based transitional government which it is hoped will prepare for free elections.
