§ Mr. GummerThe Commission is known to be working on new proposals for CAP reform. Although the determination of Agriculture Ministers to reform the CAP is a welcome spur to a GATT agreement, such reform is wholly separate from the GATT and will be unlikely to be completed until after the GATT round.
