§ Mr. Nicholas BennettWe have had no specific consultations concerning the costs and benefits of South Glamorgan's total quality strategy. However the authority's strategy is in line with the all-Wales quality strategy, "A Quality Health Service for Wales".
My right hon. Friend was pleased to endorse South Glamorgan's strategy by saying,
I want the process of creating a better NHS, aiming for even higher standards of care and serving all its patients efficiently, to begin now.
