§ Mr. CurryThe countries are Australia, Brazil, Chile, the People's Republic of China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Ireland, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the Seychelles, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the USSR, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. One country left the meeting early before certain votes had been taken or considered.
