Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government have been consulted by the Soviet and United States Governments regarding the use to which fissile material from warheads withdrawn under the strategic arms reductions talks will be put.

The provisions of the START agreement are a matter for the United States and Soviet Union.
