§ Mr. Forth[holding answer 6 June 1991]: The Health and Safety Executive has undertaken recruitment to increase the number of inspectors. This will allow a further five inspectors to be allocated to work in Wales. No difficulty in recruitment has been experienced. No special initiatives are necessary.
