§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Law Commission is presently engaged in the preparation of a draft Bill to give effect to the recommendations for landlords' termination orders made in its report of 1985 (Law Com. No. 142 —H.C. 279) on the forfeiture of tenancies. I understand that the difficulties dealt with by the decision to which the hon. Gentleman refers were addressed by the recommendations, which the commission is now putting into draft legislative form.
