How soon counselling will be provided for the children (and their families) who were victims of Staffordshire County Council's Pindown regime; and whether counselling will also be provided for the children who were victims of the homosexual vice ring which allegedly operated from some of the county's children's homes, at the same time as Pindown was in operation.
§ Baroness HooperThe question of counselling provision is one for Staffordshire County Council to assess in the light of individual needs. I understand that they are aware of the concerns that have been expressed and are taking action.
